How to Enjoy Sunchoke Tea
- The inulin (a water-soluble dietary fiber) naturally found in Sunchoke is efficiently extracted with hot water. Pour 400 mL of boiling water over one tea bag and let it steep for 5 minutes before drinking.
- For iced tea, brew it with hot water first, then cool it down.
